В рамках реализации программы по обновлению станочного парка и увеличению мощностей производства по изготовлению серийной продукции было закуплено новое оборудование для изготовления каркасов свай. Новое оборудование позволило организовать отдельную линию полного цикла по производству свай 30, 35 и 40-го сечения. Линия состоит из сваенавивочной машины, машины стыковой сварки арматуры, станок для калибровки сварной арматуры, станок для гибки арматуры. Ввод в действие нового оборудования позволил сократить накладные расходы, оптимизировал внутрицеховую логистику, что в свою очередь, позволило увеличить количество выпускаемой продукции до 60 свай в смену.
